1. FIVE YEAR GUARANTEE

American Business Systems guarantees that the equipment will perform for five (5) years.

Should any problem develop within this period that cannot be repaired in your office, a temporary replacement machine will be supplied at no additional charge until the repair has been completed.

If American Business Systems is unable to repair the system, we will replace it with another system of equal or greater capabilities. The equipment must be under Maintenance Service for this to apply.

2. NO PENALTY UPGRADE GUARANTEE

Should the needs of your company change, and a larger or more sophisticated piece of equipment be desired, the investment on your current system can be applied to a new system with American Business Systems based on the following schedule:

1-3 months 90%, 4-12 months 60%, 13-24 months 40%, 25-36 months 30%, 37-48 months 20%, 49-60 months 15%, 60+ months 10%

3. TOTAL MAINTENANCE COVERAGE

American Business Systems’ exclusive maintenance program (see proposal) covers all parts, labor, service calls, and preventative maintenance calls necessary to keep your system in perfect working order.

4. GUARANTEED RESPONSE TIME TO SERVICE CALLS

American Business Systems will guarantee a response time of four (4) business hours to any emergency service call placed by your company. This applies to normal business hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding weekends and holidays. If we should not meet this guarantee, please have your operator mention it to our Service Technician and you will receive a $25.00 credit towards your next maintenance agreement or supply order.

5. GUARANTEED MONTHLY BASE PAYMENT

American Business Systems guarantees that the base lease payment will never increase during the agreed upon length of the program.
